We process the photo you upload only to check it and, if you ask, to prepare a corrected version.

Photos are stored on our server for no more than 24 hours and then automatically deleted. If you buy the corrected photo, it is kept for 7 days so you can download it again.

To check things like glasses, head covering or whether the photo shows a real person, a reduced copy of your photo is analyzed by an AI model of our provider DeepSeek. We send only this copy and only for the check. We don't sell photos or use them to train models.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments; we don't see or store your card details.

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email only to tell you about DV registration and results dates; every email has an unsubscribe link. If you report a wrong check and allow it, we keep that photo for 30 days to review the mistake.

If you ask us to send the ready photo to your email or buy a package, we use your email only to send the photo, the receipt and the link to restore your package.

If you use “Fill in from a passport photo” in the entry helper, the photo is sent to our server and our AI provider only to read the data. It is processed in memory and deleted right away; we don't save it or the data. Everything else you type in the helper stays only in your browser.

If you upload several photos at once, we compare faces to sort the photos by person. The face data is computed in memory for that one request and is never saved — only the photos themselves, as with a normal check.
