Refund policy

Checking a photo is always free. You only pay for ready photos — one at a time or as a package.

Guarantee: if the official website (the DV lottery, the DS-160 visa form or a U.S. passport application) rejects a photo you bought from us because of its size, framing or file, we refund you in full.

Changed your mind? If you haven't opened any photo from your purchase yet, we refund it on request within 14 days.

How to ask: email hello@dvphoto.app within 14 days of the purchase. Include the email you used or the purchase number and, if the photo was rejected, a screenshot of the error. We reply within 2 business days.

We refund the same way you paid: to your card (usually 5–10 business days, depending on your bank), in crypto to the wallet you give us, or in Stars to your Telegram account.

We don't refund rejections for reasons we don't check, such as mistakes in the entry form, or a photo submitted despite a problem our report warned about (glasses, closed eyes and so on).
